The incentive? (Besides M&Ms?) Joy School! He feels so left out when Lance goes to Joy School and he has to stay home. But, the stipulation for getting to go to Joy School is that the kids have to be potty trained! So, when the M&Ms just don't excite him, I remind him of Joy School and he books it to the toilet! :) Guess I don't need candy after all.

those are such funny pictures! i can't say i've ever seen a kid on the toilet on someone's blog...but then again, there are a lot of things different about single people's blogs vs. married with children! thanks for keeping us posted on what's going down! :) haha that was bad.
